The aim of the group is to look at different aspects of well-being and to practise a range of meditation/relaxation techniques. There will also be the opportunity to explore other relevant subjects that members may suggest.
The group meets on the second Friday of the month, starting at 9.45am. Each month one of the members will organise the meeting and let all members know details by email. The venue may be at the member's home or anywhere else they choose. Meetings usually end with tea/coff and discussion.
